I was there about 2 months ago. When I ordered, I had to wait a long time, 40 minutes to be precise, and before that I had to wait 25 minutes for service. The food was awful with long blond hair and something weird liquid. And then another € 12 for salad really ridiculous

The food was delicious and came in large portions. The location looked appealing. 1 star deduction is due to the dessert and the staff. Dessert: churros should be with cinnamon and sugar but there was only one serving of whipped cream and it took about 40 minutes to get them, after 30 minutes we were asked if we still had these. The staff was friendly at first and came quickly. However, towards the end, no more rounds were made, you had to call attention several times. But on the whole it was a nice evening :)

Favorite Mexicans! Cocktails indescribably delicious, reasonably priced too. Food had always been great until now, still warm and fresh. Nice service. Great ambience, super cozy and also great in Corona times!

The cocktails are awesome !! When we were there there was a DJ who played the music. He did his job well.

I don't understand why people are treated so badly in this place. The waitress with the long black hair just skilfully ignored us. We waited at a dirty table for 20 minutes. The restaurant doesn't seem to care about the pandemic. After we got up at some point, the waitress really cheekily asked if we had paid. How should we order something without a menu ????

The service was not good and I was served meat as a vegetarian.

Nice cocktails, food is ok

We got kicked out after 2 hours (after we wanted to let go of a cocktail)! Since when is there a time limit for how long I can stay there? Then they won't get my money! That was the last time I was there. Outrageous this rule.

The two of us were there on a Wednesday. The food was really good. However, the service still has plenty of room for improvement. After we ordered our food, the starter came quickly. We had to wait about 45 minutes for the drinks. One of the two main courses ordered came after about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The second didn't come at all at first. When asked, improvements were made, but my friend had already finished her meal. After a total of 2 hours we ordered a coffee, which took another 20 minutes. When it was time to pay, we had to wait about 45 minutes again for someone to collect. We have complained about these circumstances and In fairness I have to say that we got a main course and the coffee off the bill. I don't think we will go there again. Over 3 hours for a couple of nachos, hamburgers and coffee is definitely too long.

Food was delicious in itself, but several hairs in the food. The conditions preferred to talk to each other than to serve us and had to wait an hour for food, in the end it arrived cold. Distance rules were ignored and it was incredibly crowded. We are very disappointed and there will be no next time.

Absolutely underground service, the staff doesn't even notice you. Instead of serving, people prefer to chat with one another. The waiting time was 20 minutes until someone came, despite the manageable number of guests and enough staff. In addition, you are left outside without a reservation, but there were still several tables available inside the shop. No communication between employee and doorman. And when you go then the staff doesn't care. Good service looks different.

Great atmosphere, delicious cocktails and the food there also tastes delicious ... however, it is often no longer hot and it is very loud there ... so if you want to talk intensively, I would go somewhere else. But just the right thing to preheat ?

Made a spontaneous trip to Bonn. As we walked through the streets, this restaurant was a great attraction for us, it invited us to linger. The burgers were juicy and tasty and the staff friendly and tried hard to serve all tables quickly.

Food okay, but quite expensive for what you get. There is a great selection of delicious cocktails. Fast and friendly service.

Mega the junk shop. The schrottbuja in Kowelenz could serve better than the staff here

It's a very lively place to have some great Mexican food. The place can get super crowded even during COVID-19 times, so better be cautious. However, they do have safety measures such as hand washing and sanitizer capabilities. But I think it's still too crowded. There is a considerable amount of a waiting time even to place the order, because there was a lot of people there and very few staff. There again was a considerable amount of waiting to get food, but food was good. The portion sizes were big and maybe even bigger for one person. They also missed a plate we ordered, but it would have been too much anyway. So it's okay. The prices are a bit towards the higher range, but it's acceptable considering the quality and the quantity.

Super bad service! The waiters prefer to have a drink outside with people instead of serving the guests! 30 minutes without anyone coming to take the order. Anyone who thinks they are special and does not take their job seriously should quit!

I got a kind of stone or black plastic in the food (nachos with meat), this broke part of my tooth, although they offered to pay me the costs of the dentist and they did not charge me for the food, this cannot be possible. The last time we went we ordered just cocktails. The waitress was very rude and impolite. There are better places with good service and quality food that any customer deserves.

The shop was full and accordingly there were no more places available, but instead of being reasonably told, we are simply left standing at the entrance without saying a word, without greeting us or asking us to wait. The employees preferred to look stupid around the area until we just left. I can't say anything about the food and probably never will, because this place is history for me.

Very standard Sausalitos experience. Nothing too much nothing too little. Cocktails are average, and so is the food. Had one experience of having one waitress who was pretty moody and slow to take orders and stuff. Also was not a big fan of blasting music and letting people boogie on that tiny dance floor. I get that they were trying to create a vibe, but in my opinion, this should be more of bar/Kneipe setting, not a club. Or it's bc the place is too small for a bigger vision. But overall it was OK.

Many options to choose from but a little pricey for what you get I don’t recommend going here if you‘re looking for a nice chat with your friends as the music is really loud

It's an okay place. I had a decent classic Margarita. We are from Canada, so if you say you're doing Mexican then do it. The impression is that it's a 'European Mexican' party place. The menu has Mexican dishes + burgers. It's a German novelty.

Trendy restaurant....with nice and courteous staff. Most customers I have seen are on the younger side. I like their cocktails!!

Very nice food. The portions are big

Our waiteress was incredible. My mid 60tes parents dragged me there. They were by far the oldest and our waitress listened and advised them patiently. The burger wasn't good, unfortunately.

Big sustainability plus for pasta straws! Long list of cocktails, but they are just hitting the average to my taste. Music is too loud to talk, no dance floor, so good place to grab a drink and that’s it. Speak English and take cards - summing up, 4 out of 5.

Don’t come with more then 2 people. The food comes one by one and with long time in between. Also the ordering did not go well resulting in missing one order and not everybody getting its ordered food.

It's nice on Fridays, good music, nice place to chill n pre drinks before going home, club etc.

The best margarita in Germany!!!

Sausalitos has got a nice texmex concept, nice atmosphere and good mainstream Latin music. Lot of specials and for people who line cocktails there’s a happy hour every day. Additional credits for sustainability with pasta straws. Food is slightly overpriced and is more of fast food that a restaurant quality. Staff is generally rather direct than nice, but you can pay cards and cash. Overall standard good experience enhanced with what overall chain branding.

If the music was lower it would have 4 stars

Good cocktails but waaaay to expensive

Always yummy and happy atmosphere. Food is hugely heavy though and I always feel a bit sick the day after. Nevertheless, chicken wings are unbeatable.

This is a fun and festive place with a lot going on. Yes LOUD music, the many cocktails the pick form an extensive list. This place is always packed full of people. The corner location is very easy accessible and fun for a quick drink.

Really good place, but I would recommend more for drinks not for food. Food is good, but the place is really noisy.

This place is overvalued! Bad food, high sugar cocktails!! Cocktails are extremely sweet. I asked for a vegan burger that came uncooked. I told the waiter and he said: Oh, too bad. ? On top of everything we were a group of 15 people and they moved us 2 times to different tables because there were other reservations, after already being in the restaurant for one hour. Not recommended at all.
